Amin because of the award-winning movie on his life and Marcos for the famou People’s Power. However, Maxim Magazine has compiled a list of dictators all over the world who have been overlooked! Here goes.

Maxim Magazine said Aleksandr Lukashenko of Belarus is one overlooked dictator. He is known for rigging the 2006 elections that his opponent only got 6% of the total votes! And when the parliament tried to impeach him he had a very good solution: he created his very own parliament!

And how about Charles Taylor of Liberia? Maxim Magazine reveals how he overthrew his government and tortured the sitting president to death. This despot has been educated in the United States and is famous for gunrunning, diamond smuggling and assisting rebels in Sierra Leone.
