In Touch Magazine Touches On Custody Settlement Between Britney, KFed

In Touch Magazine reports on the settlement agreed between Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline. KFed is getting sole custofy of their two sons (2 years and 22 months)but Britney has agreed to this with visitation rights with strict conditions.

Under the the terms Britney can spend two days and one night with her kids but the times and the frequency can change in the future is she’s a good girl. The agreement can ultimately lead to shared custody provided Britney’s father Jamie Spears continues to oversee his daughter’s behavior.
