Kathrine Heigl Tops People Magazine’s All-Time Emmy Best Dressed

Katherine Heigl topped People Magazine’s list of Emmy’s Best Dressed List from 1997 up to 2007. The Grey’s Anatomy star got 49% of the vote thanks to the Escada gown she wore on the 2007 red carpet, which looked like second skin on her hourly figure. The matching Jimmy Choo clutch bag and shoes helped in making the blonde beauty look outstanding.

Jennifer Aniston came next with a vote of 18% for her 2004 beaded Chanel outfit with matching earrings by Fred Leighton. Aniston, who got an Emmy last 2002, has been nominated for the Emmy’s five times.

Halle Berry ranked third with 14% of the votes for her 2005 red carpet Ungaro gown. Berry was a double-nominee that year but People Magazine reports she was not so lucky except for her fashion vote.

Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker got 10% of the vote with her 2003 over-the-top couture gown by Chanel. As usual, Sarah showed her quirky fashion sense.

Also in People Magazine’s best dressed list during the Emmy’s Red Carpet event are Courtney Cox for 2002, Jessica Alba for 2001, Debra Messing for 2000, Sarah Michelle Gellar for 1999, Christina Applegate for 1998 and Demi Moore for 1997.

Stuff Magazine’s Most Uncomfortable Movie Dance Scenes

Dance scenes are usually part and parcel of any movie. However, most of these dance scenes have gone unnoticed for one reason or another. Stuff magazine however took note of some of the most uncomfortable dance scenes in Cinemania.

On Top 2 of Stuff Magazine’s list is the dance scene involving Jim Carrey in the movie Once Bitten where he is torn between two girls dancing for his affection. Like most Carrey scenes, expect this to be not only uncomfortable but downright hilarious.

The movie “A Knight’s Tale” is on Top 3 of Stuff magazine’s list. Here you will find Heath Ledger prancing in ballroom fashion to David Bowie’s “Golden Year’s.

The other movies that made it to the most awkward dance scenes of Stuff Magazine includes the movie American Wedding, 13 Going on 30 (with Michael Jackson’s thriller on the background), Cruising (with Al Pacino dancing in a gay club), Spiderman 3 where Peter Parker takes his newfound freedom to the dance floor and last but not the least is Karate Kid.

People Magazine Reports On Brangelina and Twins Magic Hospital Departure

Brangelina otherwise known as husband and Angelina and Brad Pitt as well as their newborn twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline magically departed from the hospital a week after Angelina has given birth with nary a journalist to see them off.

People Magazine confirmed that the press only got wind of the couple and twins’ departure after they were informed by hospital representative Nadine Bauer that the story was over since Jolie and the twins left early last July 19. Jolie gave birth in Nice, France, at the Foundation Lenval hospital.

Reports from People Magazine has it that Jolie and the twins were apparently spiruited away by a grey Volswagen minibus at 3:50 Saturday morning.

In Touch Magazine has revealed something that an make fans of Alias Star Jennifer Garner shriek either with delight or disgust. So is Jen preggy again? Rumors has it that this was confirmed by Victor Garber who plays her dad on Alias.

In Touch said Garber has taken back whatever he has said which gave people the impression that Jen is indeed pregnant. Garber has not however denied it but seemed to just distanced himself from the pregnancy issue sayign it’s a personal thing.

In Touch is however betting for baby no. 2 for Ben Affleck and Jen!

PC Magazine Suggests Kid-Safe Browsers

Tired of always worrying about what information your children have access to when they surf the net? PC Magazine has suggested kid-safe browsers that can give a little rest anmd peace of mind.

Control your kids’ access to the internet even when you’re not there to watch over their shoulders with Safe Eyes 5.0 and Nanny 5.6. The browsers work like any other browsers giving your chidlren access to the Internet and Windows but subject to limitations. You can keep your old browser like Explorer or Firefox but the sites that the kids can get access to have been pre-screened by the parents. This allows you to control the amount of time the kids can surf the internet, block certain sites and even monitor or even prohibit chats.

PC Magazine recommends the browsers because they are simpel to use and even blocks away annoying pop-ups which are also usually used by porn sites to get into your computers. It also allows kids to open one page at a time.

In Touch Magazine Touches On Custody Settlement Between Britney, KFed

In Touch Magazine reports on the settlement agreed between Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline. KFed is getting sole custofy of their two sons (2 years and 22 months)but Britney has agreed to this with visitation rights with strict conditions.

Rolling Stones Magazine All Praise For Dark Knight

The Dark Knight has indeed given a glimpse of the darkest side of humanity especially the humans of Gotham City and this has not escaped the reviewers at Rolling Stones Magazine who were all praise for the movie.

Rolling Stones Magazine particularly liked the de-heroism of Batman played here by Christian Bale who was torn between a lot of things including living as a normal person with his Rachel (who is now the fiancee of the District Attorney who also plays an exciting role) or continuing his crusade. Batman was pissed off about the people’s perception of him as a vigilante and has decided to make a hero out of the incorruptible DA.

However, Rolling Stones Magazine got specifically impressed with Heath Ledger’s dark and stunning performance as the Joker. It is not easy to surpass a performance by Jack Nicholson but Ledger has unmasked the Joker to the public. No need for masks here as the Joker simply scraes anyone with his apathy and scheming wearing only smeared paint.

Will Ledger get a posy-humous Oscar’s for his performance? Rolling Stones Magazine has planted the seeds and it’s up for the jurors to decide.
